If you’ve previously ordered a belt with a custom logo embroidery, you can reorder the same logo for future belts without recreating it—provided the logo file is still on record.
This article explains how logo reorders work and how long we retain digitized logo files.
How to Reorder an Existing Logo
Once a logo has been digitized and approved, it is saved in our system and can be reused for future orders.
To reorder the same logo:
Go to the belt product page
Select the REORDER LOGO option
Enter your original order number when prompted
Important notes:
The logo will not appear in a live preview
Our production team will reproduce the logo exactly as it was previously approved
This option is intended only for exact reorders (no changes to size, layout, or design)
Logo File Retention Policy
To ensure consistent quality and responsible file management, we follow the policy below:
Digitized logo mold files are stored for up to 3 years from the most recent order date
Each new order placed within that 3-year period automatically extends storage for another 3 years
If no orders are placed for 3 consecutive years, the logo files are permanently deleted from our database
Once deleted, the logo is no longer recoverable.
What Happens If My Logo File Was Deleted?
If more than 3 years have passed with no orders:
The logo mold files will no longer be available
You will need to place a new logo order and repurchase the logo option on the site
The logo will be re-digitized as a brand-new file
