The most probable reason is that the information you entered does not match exactly what's registered with your card. Please double check all the details and try again:
- name as it appears on card
- correct card number
- same billing address and zip code as card registration
- The CVV Number ("Card Verification Value") on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number on VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code.
If all the above is correct and you're still not able to make the payment, then possibly there is not enough credit / funds available to complete the purchase. Please contact the bank / card issuer directly to lift those limits.
