Every order you place here at ChokeSports goes through a number of status updates from the moment we receive it until the moment it's express shipped from our warehouse in Japan.

We have received the order, but our team has not started working on it yet. We process and dispatch orders on regular business days (Mon-Fri) except for national holidays in Japan.
Your order is being processed by our team. Our average processing time is 2-5 work days as some items are stored in different warehouses.
Your order has been dispatched. You will receive automatic delivery updates by email and sms text messages.
Your order was split into multiple shipments. Some of the items have been shipped, and there are others waiting to be shipped.
Our team has looked into your order and there are pending issues. This is usually the case when you order extra embroideries that need to be charged separately, or when the order details are incomplete. Our support team will contact you directly to solve the issues.
You've started checkout but did not complete the purchase. The order details are stored in our system, and you can come back to complete the purchase later.
The order has been cancelled.
The order has been refunded.
The order has been declined by our security checks.
