If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, the local postal service might leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or schedule a pickup. This varies from country to country and is beyond our control.

If a parcel remains unclaimed for 7-14 days, it might be returned to our warehouse in Japan. In which case we will have to charge a new shipping fee to resend the package to you.
